By using our services and website, you agree to the following terms. 

 

1. Services Offered 

We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short term rental turnovers. 

 

2. Booking & Cancellations 

- Appointments can be booked online or by phone. 

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. 

 

3. Payments 

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or immediately after service is completed. 

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you're not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours. We will re-clean or issue a partial refund, per our refund policy. 

 

5. Liability 

We are insured, but we are not liable for: 

- Pre-existing damage to surfaces or fixtures 

- Loss of personal items unless proven to be due to negligence 

 

6. Changes to Terms 

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated terms.
